I’m Dr. Renqvist. As a clinical psychologist, I am an expert in helping people reduce emotional pain and make the changes they want to make. Whether you’re struggling to overcome a difficult past, communication or relationship issues, sleepless nights, or overwhelming stress related to life changes, there are scientifically proven ways to get there.
I have extensive training and 16 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy. I often help people (individuals and couples) improve communication and closeness, increase confidence navigating life changes, improve sleep, and achieve a healthy life balance. I use evidence-based strategies and compassionate accountability to help people reach the goals that are most important to them. I will help you figure out how to make the changes you want to make.
